Damien commenced with Elders in 2012 and is a Wool Agent/District Wool Manager based as Elders Launceston. He supports wool producers across Tasmania.
In 1994 Damien completed his wool classing certificate and went on to class for Websters before moving into private buying and taking the role at Elders.
Damien loves the variety each day brings. From servicing wool clients, to selecting rams to purchase, and drafting and weighing stock for sale. He gets a real kick out of educating school children on the agricultural industry.
For Damien his hard work, integrity and work ethic means it's never a nine-to-five job. His phone is always on and he is willing to help with whatever the client needs. Damien endeavours to produce a solution to every problem. He loves working with his clients to achieve their goals and getting the best outcome for them.
