Elders Real Estate is delighted to have welcomed nine offices to its Western Australian network over the past few years, underscoring its dedication to growth.

Elders has opened real estate offices in Bunbury, Narrogin, Donnybrook, Toodyay and Rockingham since 2018, in line with its strategic focus to grow the business in key locations.
Elders WA State Real Estate Manager Drew Cary said the growth is in line with Elders’ strategy to strengthen and diversify the business in WA.
“These milestones, which are in line with our strategic objective to expand our real estate business into key locations, emphasise our dedication to growth and innovation, strengthening Elders’ position as a leader in real estate and property services across Western Australia,” Mr Cary said.
“We wanted to find ways to protect the business from periods when rural products are negatively affected, specifically from lack of rainfall. Accordingly, we have fortified our real estate business, and diversified to include residential and commercial real estate, as well as a stronger property management portfolio.
“This has opened up a range of internal efficiencies and unlocked economies of scale which were not previously available to us. The real estate business in WA is now the largest for Elders in Australia.”
The growth in the WA real estate business comes at a time when Elders is also investing in rural services branches, with new and improved sites opening for its branches in Beverley, Pingelly, Moora, Corrigin and Northampton.
Elders has been operating in Australia for 185 years and has a proven track record of excellence in the agribusiness and real estate sectors. The company's real estate business has expanded significantly in recent years, in line with Elders' Eight Point Plan, focusing on strategic growth in key locations across Australia.
